Leave Policy:
Employees of Voyager Group enjoy leave & holiday in accordance with law of the country, which are as follows:

Weekly Holiday : Friday
Festival leave : 10 days a year.
Casual leave : 10 days.
Sick Leave : 14 days.
Maternity Leave : 12 weeks.
Earn Leave : 1 day for every 22 days worked.

We have Factory Safety Committee as well as other Sub-Committees to implement and oversee the day-to-day activities concerning our Social Accountability to the Organizations are:

Health & Hygiene Committee:
Responsible for overseeing the overall activities concerning medical treatment of employees, supply of pure drinking water, maintenance of childcare center, dining hall facilities etc.

     

 

Fire Safety Committee:
Responsible for maintaining a Fire Fighting team consisting of well trained personnel (employees). All kinds of necessary fire fighting equipments are always available in the place.

 

 

Electrical Safety Committee:
Trained committee members are responsible for maintaining the entire system in perfect order to avoid occurrence of electrical hazards.

 

 

House Keeping Committee:
Responsible for overall maintenance of the entire industrial building in order to keep the working area clean & tidy.

 

 

Industrial Safety Committee:
Responsible for ensuring all kinds of safety of employees in working area, preservation off all safety equipments in place, proper use and maintains.

 

 

Grievance Policy:
In order to maintain a healthy work-environment as well as employee-management relationship, Voyager developed multiple communication media viz Workers Forum, Welfare Officer's Forum and Suggestion Box to ease the communication system amongst the staff of both workers & management.
